Opening of Bangor arts centre postponed at the last minute

Bangor University’s Pontio centre had been set to open with a production by Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru on 17 September, but this has now been postponed until next year. The £45m arts centre will house a 450-seat theatre, 200-seat cinema, 120-seat studio theatre, restaurant, lecture hall, learning facilities and the university’s student union.
