Northern Ireland’s Department for Culture and Leisure rapped over arts capital overspends

The audit office has criticised DCAL for allowing multi-million pound overspends on capital projects for buildings including the Grand Opera House, Lyric Theatre and the Metropolitan Arts Centre (MAC).
