Nine in ten schools have cut back on arts provision, survey suggests

A survey of 1,200 schools by the BBC found four in ten secondary schools are spending less on facilities, three in ten are reducing arts lesson time, and some are increasing reliance on voluntary donations from parents to fund provision.
