New classical music festival for Scottish town

Composer James MacMillan and violinist Nicola Benedetti have launched a bid for an international music festival to be held annually in Cumnock. With classical, choral and brass band music, local MacMillan wants to do what Benjamin Britten did for Aldeburgh.
