A £30k grant from the Scottish Government and a further £50k from the government’s international touring fund has been given to the National Theatre of Scotland (NTS) to enable two of its successful productions to tour in Miami, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Moscow, among other destinations. This will be the first time NTS has performed in Russia; part of a cultural exchange being programmed by the British Council.
