Minister aims to make Wales “most active and creative nation” in Europe

Speaking ahead of the Arts Council of Wales' annual conference, Deputy Culture Minister Ken Skates said: “I am determined to see the arts flourish, with people not just consuming, but creating and delivering for the benefit of everyone.”
