Media spat follows news coverage of Capital of Culture launch

Following The Sun's coverage of the start of Hull's year as UK Capital of Culture, which was headlined ‘Scrapital of Culture’ and focused on “lashed up louts” sparking “New Year carnage”, The Hull Daily Mail has been accused by the national newspaper of launching a campaign against it.
