London galleries pledge to stay open following terror attack

Tate Modern and the Hayward Gallery were among 12 cultural organisations around Bankside to issue a joint statement pledging to keep their venues “safe, open and welcoming to all”. Many museums and galleries have stepped up their security measures, including bag searches and restricted entry for vehicles.
