Events company Live Nation, which runs venues and events across the world including Latitude Festival, will go to trial next month following allegations its subsidiary organisation Ticketmaster engaged in anticompetitive behaviour, contractual interference and computer hacking. The lawsuit has been brought by Songkick, which has been forced to shut down its ticketing operations.
