Leeds prepares to outsource management of Grand Theatre

Proposals agreed by Leeds City Council could lead to a commercial operator taking over the running of Leeds Grand Theatre, the City Varieties and the Hyde Park Picture House. Following a £653k bail-out, the council said it could no longer afford to run the theatre.
