‘Invalid’ application stalls Brighton Hippodrome redevelopment plans

Proposals submitted for the grade-two listed theatre to be turned into a £35m eight-screen cinema with four restaurants have been described as ‘invalid’ by Brighton and Hove City Council. Further detail and information is needed to support the proposal before a final decision can be made.
