Independence could cost Scottish arts millions, warns Gordon Brown

The former prime minister says it is doubtful that National Lottery revenues will be shared in the same way if Scotland gains independence. Scottish organisations and projects have benefitted from nearly £2.5bn in funding since the lottery began in 1994.
