Government launches pilot scheme giving children free access to culture

The Cultural Citizens Programme, which aims to give 600 children free access to cultural activities in three pilot areas, will be led by Curious Minds in Liverpool and Blackpool, A New Direction in Barking and Dagenham, and Kids in Museums in Birmingham.
