Fewer performances for BBC Concert Orchestra

The BBC says the orchestra’s live performances for the long-standing Radio 2 show, Friday Night is Music Night, will be reduced as the broadcaster seeks to cut costs. The Corporation says the future of the ensemble itself is not under threat.
