Fee-free crowdfunding platform for galleries and museums launched by Art Fund

‘Art Happens’ will promote projects costing between £10k and £25k that it regards as “small-scale, achievable and highly creative”. The £150k platform, that doesn't charge fees, is funded by Arts Council England and donations raised by The Art Fund.
