Factory flaws send designers back to the drawing board

Plans for Manchester's flagship venue The Factory are being changed, and the launch date put back by a further six months, after a review of the building's design revealed poor acoustics, an orchestra pit that is too small and an over-complex theatre design. The changes will cost an estimated £1.6m.
