Edinburgh’s Picture House music venue to close

The former cinema most recently used as a live music venue is to close at the end of the year, as owners MAMA & Company have confirmed the sale of the 1500-capacity venue. The new owners will close the building for refurbishment, but are not expected to re-open it as a music venue.
