Edinburgh reveals plans for arts hubs

A council blueprint revealed four potential areas for redevelopment to tackle long-standing “problem sites and under-performing parts of the city”. But one of the sites earmarked, featuring the empty Argyle House office block, could be a problem due to the building’s terms of lease.
