Drama schools more diverse than the general population

Following criticism that drama schools aren’t doing enough to encourage diversity, new research reveals that 14.7% of students enrolled on a two or three-year acting course in 2013 were from BAME backgrounds, higher than the general population’s 14% recorded in the 2011 census.
