Dance and drama GCSEs will no longer ‘discount’ each other

The codes used to calculate school league tables have been updated to recognise dance and drama as separate subjects, meaning pupils will no longer be deterred from taking both. Other creative disciplines, such as graphic design, photography and ceramics are still affected.
