Council leaders call for “frank and open discussion” on Lottery funding

In the face of Arts Council England and government cuts, the Local Government Association says a review of lottery funding – removing duplications that contradict the Lottery’s additionality principle – is needed to ensure funds reach the arts and heritage causes most in need.
