Council gives £5m for Brecon museum and art gallery regeneration

Powys’ Brecknock Museum and Art Gallery will receive £5m from the local council, adding to a grant of £2.5m from the Heritage Lottery Fund, for the regeneration project to go ahead. The revamp and a new library are part of plans for a new cultural hub for the local community.
