Council casts doubt on Theatre Royal plans

Councillors are divided over proposals to build a "sister building" to the National Theatre’s temporary venue, formerly known as The Shed, in Stratford, East London. Options are being re-considered before deciding whether “three million pounds on a box" is the best use of council money.
