Companies to report on racial pay gap under Tory plans

Prime Minister Theresa May will force companies with more than 250 employees to publish data on racial pay gaps if she wins next month’s election. The move would cover organisations including the National Theatre, Arts Council England and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
