Cardiff Council reverses plan to cut the arts

After sustained protest by the #Cardiffwithoutculture campaign and a £14m funding boost from the Welsh Government, Cardiff Council has agreed a new budget and confirmed it will not go ahead with planned £770k arts cuts.
