Backlash against artist paid £15k to stay in Glasgow

‘The Glasgow Effect’, Ellie Harrison’s project to create art without leaving Glasgow for a year, has been widely criticised for being a misuse of public money. Funder Creative Scotland defended the project, saying that it is interested in the outcome for an artist with national and international commitments.
