Arts Council of Wales faces a further 3% cut

Despite proposing a 1% cut to the arts council’s budget for 2015/16, the government has now announced it will be cutting its funding by 3% for the second year running. Chief Executive Nick Capaldi described the situation as “extremely challenging”.
