Artist Ai Weiwei in censorship row with Lego

Lego refused to sell the artist’s studio a bulk load of its plastic bricks to be used in a new artwork, as it “cannot approve the use of Legos for political works”. The move has sparked international cries of censorship and the artist has been inundated with offers of Lego from his supporters.
