ACE ring fences £500k for arts and culture in Luton

Following the decision to cease the £549k a year National Portfolio funding for Luton-based UK Centre for Carnival Arts, Arts Council England has pledged up to £500k a year “to work with stakeholders and partners, including UKCCA, to think about how best to work together to respond to the needs of Luton to create and deliver an excellent, diverse, sustainable arts and culture.”
