EMMIE KELL has been appointed Museums and Cultural Property Director at Arts Council England's (ACE).
Kell has over 25 years' experience in the museum sector, with roles at the V&A, Somerset House, MOSI Manchester and, most recently, as Cornwall Museums Partnership's CEO.
She was awarded the ACE Museums Clore Fellow in 2014/15 for outstanding leaders in the cultural sector.
