Ulster Orchestra faces Stormont’s culture committee

The Chairman of Ulster Orchestra has told the committee that staff cuts are not the answer to saving money while it tackles a £500k funding gap, but negotiations with musicians to get rid of "restrictive practices" are ongoing.
