Sheffield Theatres agrees 15% pay boost for front of house and technical staff

A pay rise of 15% has been agreed with union BECTU, bringing the theatre closer to the wage set by the Living Wage Foundation. In addition, the front of house team will be offered guaranteed hours to replace zero-hours contracts.
