Scottish Greens plan tourist tax to fund the arts

In its cultural manifesto for the Holyrood elections, the party has laid out plans to raise £65m for an intermittent work scheme and to increase arts classes in schools, paid for with a £1 fee per night per person on hotel or bed and breakfast stays.
