The Victoria & Albert museum's first permanent home outside of London has received £9.4m from the Heritage Lottery Fund towards its £45m costs. The project is still £13m short of its target but Project Director Philip Long is confident the latest grant will help unlock further funding from Creative Scotland and the European Commission.
