The south-east London theatre is under threat as the owner plans to build flats on the site next year. Theatre Director Adrian Green hopes the venue can be saved to be used as a fringe venue, and is offering the theatre as a free performance space to professional companies in an attempt to convince Greenwich Council there is an audience for productions.
