Big Lottery Fund told to cut costs and increase transparency

A review by the Cabinet Office has concluded that the Big Lottery Fund must become more proactive in reducing its costs. It also recommends opening the funder's board meetings to the public, publishing details of the complaints it receives, and undertaking a governance review.
