Arts funding system is “broken”, MA tells government

In a damning submission to the Select Committee inquiry into the work of Arts Council England, The Museums Association has criticised the longstanding regional imbalance in funding and states it was disappointed by ACE’s “defensive response” to the report ‘Rebalancing Our Cultural Capital’.
