SARAH PHILP will join Delfina Foundation as Deputy Director in June.

Previously Art Fund’s Director of Programme and Policy, Philp is a founding member of the Association of Women in the Arts, has mentored for Arts Emergency, and served as a trustee for Association for Art History and Michael Clark Company.

In her new role, Philp will work closely with Delfina Foundation’s Director AARON CEZAR on the development of strategy, governance, programmes, partnerships, and fundraising, to help ensure a sustainable long-term future for the organisation.

“We are thrilled that Sarah will be joining our close-knit team as we continue to evolve and adapt our mission and philosophy of care to enable creative practitioners to develop their work, take risks and engage audiences,” Cezar said.

Philp added: “Delfina Foundation’s mission to support artistic practice and international dialogue has never been more important than it is today.

“I am thrilled to be joining such a visionary and dedicated team and organisation, and cannot wait to get started.”
