SIMON MICHAEL CARROLL and SUSIE LUCAS have launched their own commercial and brand partnership agency. 

Their new agency, Lucas + Carroll, is focused on talent and brand partnerships, commercial strategy, consultation and creative briefs for clients in seeking and delivering talent, music and entertainment partnerships for brands globally. 

The pair come together having held multiple executive roles. Lucas was formally responsible for talent and brand partnership strategy for Universal Music and Global Media & Entertainment, a UK commercial radio group.

Carroll has worked across talent campaigns including the launch of Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop wellness brand and negotiating commercial talent deals for Swarovski, Dr Martens and Maybelline.

On their decision to join forces, Lucas and Carroll say they understand the importance of collaboration: “Together we offer a unique and complementary viewpoint on the talent, brand & VIP space. Our relationships are key and it has been really wonderful to feel so supported by our network. We are super-excited for the year ahead.”
