The National Theatre, the Barbican and English National Opera will benefit from the insights of two data scientists over the next six months. Arts Data Impact, a project funded by the Digital R&D Fund for the Arts and led by The Audience Agency, has appointed ALISON WHITAKER, formerly a Project Manager at The British Museum, and EVA KABZINSKA, who is currently completing a PhD in Statistics at the University of Southampton, to work across the three venues. They will investigate a range of in-house and open data sources to identify patterns in customer behaviour, aiming to inform new approaches to data driven insight in arts organisations.
