Underbelly to build temporary theatre next to Marble Arch

Westminster Council has approved plans for a 650-seat venue next to the monument. The news follows a previous attempt by the entertainment company to host a theatre in Victoria Embankment Gardens, which was abandoned after criticism from neighbours.
