LLEUCU SIENCYN has been appointed Director of Arts Development at Arts Council of Wales.
She takes over from SIAN TOMOS, who stepped down in September.
Currently Chief Executive of Literature Wales, Siencyn begins her new role in May.
"The Arts Council of Wales’s core belief that the arts are for the benefit of all is one that chimes strongly with me," Siencyn said.
"Its work and its principles are important, especially in the field of arts and health, climate emergency, widening engagement, developing a new Welsh language strategy, and its international focus."
