Senior appointments at Eclipse Theatre

AMANDA HUXTABLE is to become the new Artistic Director and CEO of Eclipse Theatre, succeeding DAWN WALTON, who stepped down earlier this year after 10 years at the helm. Huxtable, a theatre director based in the North of England, was Artistic Associate at Hull Truck Theatre and is Chair at RJC Dance in Leeds. She is joined by SHAWAB IQBAL, who will take the role of Executive Producer. Currently Senior Artistic Associate at Bush Theatre and Learning & Participation Producer at Hip Hop dance company Boy Blue, he was previously Producer at Theatre Royal Stratford East and an Administrator for Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures.
