Tessa is also Creative Director of Imove Arts, an independent producer, writer and theatre maker, and Chair of Red Ladder Theatre. As Creative Programmer for London 2012, she established and led the Imove Cultural Olympiad programme. She is a Fellow of the Clore Cultural Leadership Programme (2005–7). She has published essays and articles for the European Festivals Research Project, the Journal of Policy Research in Tourism, Leisure and Events and the Leisure Studies Association.
