New Chair at Out of Joint

Arts engagement consultant CLARE LOVETT has been appointed Chair of the Board at theatre company Out of Joint, taking over from IAIN GILLIE. Lovett was previously Programme Director for Learning & Participation and interim Chief Executive at Spitalfields Music.

Other new appointments to the board include: HELEN BOADEN, former Director of BBC Radio and BBC News; KIM LASSEMILLANTE, Head of Finance at English National Ballet; and CHARLIE THOMPSON, solicitor at Harbottle & Lewis.

Five board members have left the company this year in a period of upheaval since the departure of former Artistic Director Max Stafford-Clark.
