Transform is seeking an exceptional executive leader to oversee the financial, fundraising, administrative, governance and operational functions of the company. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of further building the UK’s leading festival of inclusive, international performance in Leeds.
Following an incredible first decade of Transform, you’ll join a small and mighty team in making plans for the next ten years, building on Transform’s already strong and established position as a powerhouse for electrifying cultural experiences in the North. The post holder will join at a point where last festival Transform 25 has been wrapped up and evaluated, and as the team build towards the next edition Transform 27 in October 2027. This critical role will back-up a bold, change-making artistic vision with robust financial, fundraising, administrative and operational acumen and oversight.
This an executive role responsible for informing and delivering Transform’s strategic direction over the coming years. The Executive Director will work closely with Transform’s Artistic Director/CEO to shore up Transform’s legacy and build for the future.
Line manager: Artistic Director/CEO
Responsible for: Accountant, bookkeeper, payroll provider, administrative and operations staff
Contract: 2-year fixed term with opportunity for extension subject to confirmed funding
Salary: £40k-42k, depending on experience
Pension: Employer contribution 4%
Annual leave: 25 days per year plus bank holidays
Location: This role is predominantly based in Transform’s Leeds based office, aspects of remote working are possible where the flow of activity allows.
Hours: Full-time. 37 hours per week.
