CEO of Arts & Business NI to depart after 17 years
CEO of Arts & Business NI (A&BNI), MARY NAGELE, has announced that she will step down later this year to “pursue new opportunities”.
During her 17 years as CEO of A&BNI, which advocates for the value of the arts and supports corporate-cultural partnerships in Northern Ireland, Nagele helped establish the organisation as an independent charity and company.
Reflecting on her tenure, Nagele described it as a “privilege and a joy”, and said she feels “heartened that the organisation is in such a strong position”.
Chair of A&BNI DAMIAN MCPARLAND commented: “Under her guidance, the charity has successfully navigated change and challenges and has expanded its reach and impact, inspiring private sector support and investment in the arts.”
“We wish Mary every success in the next chapter of her leadership journey,” he added.
