Zoe Lally is executive director and joint CEO of Oily Cart.
She has 16 years’ executive experience in arts management, focusing on theatre created with and for children and young people. Her experience spans 50+ shows, from national tours and international co-productions, to shows on school buses and in hydrotherapy pools.
She oversaw the successful transition of Greenwich and Lewisham Young People’s Theatre to the Tramshed, and she co-led the rebrand of Boundless Theatre and coordinated their international projects through Creative Europe and Erasmus+.
Neuro-divergent herself and mother of an AuDHD child, she champions ethical, accessible and inclusive working practices.
