Tim Johanson is an independent producer and general manager, working in London, Edinburgh, on UK tours and in New York.
His shows as producer include Conor McPherson’s Port Authority (Southwark Playhouse), Wingman (Pleasance Edinburgh, Soho Theatre and tour), Dirty Great Love Story (59e59 Theaters, New York), The President and the Pakistani (Waterloo East Theatre), Miss Havisham’s Expectations (Trafalgar Studios), Mirror Teeth (Finborough Theatre).
As general manager Tim has worked on Yellow Face by David Henry Hwang (National Theatre) and a series of new musical workshops. He is currently GM for the transfer of the Fringe First winning Chef by Sabrina Mahfouz to the Soho Theatre.
Following on from his position as Associate Producer in 2014 and 2013, in 2015 he was also a Producer on the Olivier Awards, in 2015 producing the Covent Garden Piazza stage. For two years he was also the producer for Firehouse Creative Productions.
