Sandeep is a cultural leader with over ten years’ experience of working at senior levels in the arts, libraries and cultural sector. In her role as Director of Nottingham UNESCO City of Literature she works closely with partner organisations to develop policy, stakeholder engagement, creative opportunities and ambition to make Nottingham an even more bold, ambitious and creative city.
Sandeep is a Clore Leadership Fellow and trained facilitator and has collaborated with people and organisations who are ready to explore possibilities and opportunities for leadership development and change management. She has also consulted on strategies that embed Diversity, Inclusivity and Equality in the heart of organisations. As an Associate Consultant at People Make it Work, Sandeep has facilitated national programmes such as Culture Reset, the Cultural Education Partnership peer learning and Weston Jerwood Creative Fellows programmes.
